Gullfoss -- Strokkur
Gullfoss, the Golden Waterfall in Hvita river
Gullfoss is Iceland's most famous waterfall, and one of the natural wonders
of the world. It is in the mighty glacial river Hvita (White river), just a few kilometres from
another natural wonder, the world-famous Geysir. The enormous white glacial cascade drops 105
feet into a narrow canyon which is 225 feet deep and 1.5 miles long.

Strokkur -- The Churn Geyser
Second in magnitude only to The Great Geysir itself (which is no longer active), Strokkur is a
part of the hot spring area in Haukadalur.
