This sod building is about 10 by 25 feet. About 20 to 30 people, and a few animals, would live in this house at any given time. [jwz]
The house has a center aisle with sitting/sleeping areas on both sides. The loft was for children and older people. It was warmer. [dwb]Joe and Susan cooked bread for us in much the same way as it was done in 1000 AD. This fire was in the center aisle. [dwb]
